Account deletion

You can delete your Sudopy account at any time, from the application or by email.

From the application

1. Open Profile from the top left of Home.
2. Scroll to the end and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

By email

If you no longer have the application, send an email to info@sudopy.ai from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". For your protection, a request from any other address, or one that cannot be verified as yours, will not be acted on. Requests are handled within the time applicable law allows.

What deletion removes

Your sign-in, your profile, every study set you created (public ones included) and its media, your uploaded files, your progress, your favourites, your study plans, your solved questions and their photos, your conversations with the AI tutors, and the record of your voice lessons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

What is retained

Records of purchases, for as long as the law requires, and information that identifies no one. Deletion is permanent; credits and content cannot be recovered.

A subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store, where it was bought, or it will keep renewing.
